Banned Habs24
He repeatedly trolled, violated the "Don't be a jerk" rule, ignored warnings, has been banned on several occasions, including a lapsed permaban from just before the phpBB to punBB switchover.
Final straw was (oops, didn't realize that was encrypted.)
Well you'll find a number of his posts in his profile nasty and trollish.

I wouldn't celebrate too hard in public, Zet. You were pretty nasty to him near the end and while given he was doing a lot of things that were worthy of a nasty response or two, we don't exactly condone that sort of thing here. Try not to repeat that sort of thing in the future. Lord knows there are still and will forever be people who are unable to control themselves.

Fair enough. I'm guessing you're referring to the insinuation that it would be slightly amusing if he suffered obesity via hypothyroidism via surgical removal of the thyroid gland via thyroid cancer. Sorry.

The original version was a bit cruder. It was a limited attack on an inflammatory poster which is why it received a warning and suggestion to keep a rein on his frustration with some of the trolls rather than an actual threat or call for a ban. Zet strikes me as a bright guy so I'm sure he understood that and will try to avoid that sort of problem.
