I have a client on Windows XP who is trying to do an FTP upload from inside a small network and can't do it.

I am unfamiliar with the setup but want to see if anybody can suggest anything.

They are running MS Small Business Server and have an 'ISA' Proxy Server (at least that's what they tell me, I've never heard of it before) and she can't access FTP for their website on a Qwest.net server with Adobe GoLive 6.

[Update] She has tried to FTP with other programs and those failed as well.

Can anybody suggest a fix?
I know it's not a lot of information, but I just want to see if I can offer her some help on the issue.
