panoramics and maps

i've asked this before, but from hat i can remember, got no reply.

how do you make a QT panoramic, with interactive map, that updates when you select a node from within the panormaic movie?

is that just a quicktime scene?

please help, it's most troublesome

I use the VRtoolbox.  I am pretty sure there is some data on the developer's site on how to with AppleScript or the like, but the VRtoolbox kicks butt.
