No kidding. I got hit by a "SNAPE KILLS DUMBLEDORE!!!!!1!1!" spoiler before the book was even out yet.

You know, when I read your idea, it ran through my mind slightly edited:
Luke, in a rage, will end-up fighting the Emperor, but throwing down his lightsaber in a way related to love or something, which seems to be a theme.
Darth Vader is going to die in a show of sacrifice and true loyalty. He'll die saving Luke, fatally defending him from the Emperor. Then, he'll have some meaningful last words for Luke.
Predictable.
