Murderer of 329 people gets 5 years prison time
Probably don't have enough evidence without his testimony.

By the way, I'm in a bad mood after reading this. I don't want to hear any of you defending this smurf...

It looks like this guy is a small player and they're going to be able to use him to get some much bigger fish. I'd take some comfort in that.

If you can find even one example of people here defending a confessed mass murderer, I'd like to see it. Otherwise, keep your barbaric revenge lust to yourself.

Are you one who considers any condemnation of the death penalty or the state of our judical system as "defending" criminals and crime?
Just curious.

Re: Murderer of 329 people gets 5 years prison time
I suppose if you put it that way, then the answer is yes. I just think 5 years is light punishment for someone who murdered (or helped murder) 329 people.
My response was kinda smurfy.
I absolutely agree with this statement. He should be in jail, for life, no parole. I'm just defensive on such issues because I often am accused of not being "tough on crime" because I am for the accused rights and against the death penalty.
Totally agree with your point, here.
