BURNER software for use in OS 9

On occassion I have to use the real OS 9 ( not classic ) using a legacy mac ( 8500 ) because for example some of my midi/audio programmes were never ported to OS X or some of them just crash in 9.2.2.

I would like to "burn" some files ( just to CD not DVD )  while using my 8500.

Is/are there any OS 9 burner software?

An old version of Toast should work, but i have no idea if any is available anywhere. Toast 5 works with Mac OS 9.1, I believe. It works for certain with Mac OS 9.2.2. I use a LaCie burner and toast 5 on a Mac 7300.

Roxio's Iomega Hotburn is what came with my old CD burner, for OS 9.

Or use the built in burner utility native in OS9

Nope, its part of the OS. I know cuz I used to use it on my old G3 with an external CDR.
