Re: quick question about shooting M7 SMG..?
The muzzle climb is the tradeoff. You have a small, lightweight bullet hose that pumps out a lot of damage with good intrinsic accuracy and can be dual-wielded, so for both realism and play balance you have that recoil/ muzzle climb to fight.
Short answer, no.

I found it really annoying at first, but eventually just got used to it. Same thing with my friend - who couldn't even aim at first.

Yeah, firing both simultaneously will push your aim higher faster (combined recoil). Firing one and then the other, and/or firing in bursts (which will improve accuracy on its own) will help keep you on-target.

Re: quick question about shooting M7 SMG..?
Depends on situation, like all tactics. In Campaign, if I've got a Drone swarm to manage (esp. from cover), few things make 'em 'good Drones' faster than dual SMGs, and mouse control makes the muzzle climb manageable, even beneficial.
