I couldn't see that one either. I'm guessing it must be the QT 7 issue. I didn't really like the performance of QT 7 compared to QT 6 when I tried it out, but since I can't even view trailers on Apple's site unless I have it now, I might just upgrade.

Re: Show and tell...

Onanum: Would you like to share how you created that look?  I really liked it.  Good work.

GA: The new 7.0.4 release is supposed to fix some h.264 issues. You should give it another whirl.

Re: Show and tell...

Onanum probably used AfterEffects or Motion to do that...it looks like 4-5 shots of the same thing at different times, but then pieced together sort of like a camera would piece a panoramic together.  It is neat. Probably some form of time lapse in there also.

I'm just guessing at what I saw.

Re: Show and tell...

It was actually closer to 36 shots that were masked, rendered and assembled in AfterEffects, it was shown at the One Minute film festival this past December.  We didn't win any awards this year but we have some ideas for next year.  Since then we have been working on some concert visual projection pieces, and album art.

My girlfriend/creative partner has lots of her video work up on her site, she lurks on these forums sometimes so I'll be the one to point you to her site if you want to see some more videos.

Re: Show and tell...

Droo... you are still rockin' man... glad to see it... I never saw that video the first time and it was pure magic to watch tonight....

Even if the music had NOT been great, the editing was freakin' Alien!

Always a pleasure,

Here's one of my favorite edits, hopefully YouTube's compression doesn't kill it too badly...  http://www.youtube.com/w/Nike-Winter?v=NWiaeL_mPR8
