Folding control -- source?

Does anyone happen to still have the source for folding control, or should I try and contact resedit and see if he has it? I'm trying to make an app that does much of the same thing and I'd like to look at his source.

Thanks.

Did I hear my name?  Yeah, I've got it.  I think the file Application.bbedit is what you are looking for.

Re: Folding control -- source?

Is anyone actively (semi or less) working on a new version of FC?

I started looking at the source yesterday and viewing the contents of the compiled application and all with AppleScript studio. Got to admit it's been WAY too long since my real programming days.

Anyway...I'm going to spend about 10% of my awake time looking at it so as to figure out how to get it to work again under Jaguar. Doesn't seem like it should be all that difficult, though.

Oh, that reminds me, do we have permission to directly modify Res' code?

I got it working to some degree in Jaguar by fixing all the "do shell scripts" (you can't have a semicolon after "then" or "else" in Jaguar's sh shell) and almost everything worked except for the fact that I had to edit the startfolding.sh file with pico during installation (just open, save, and exit) to get it to finish installing. after that it worked fine. I may try to look at it a bit more later... if you want to see the edited source, I have it.

(BTW, new reply notification rocks as I haven't been here in quite a while.)

Re: Folding control -- source?

Slowly. No planned release from me any time soon. BLU's done some good work with the scripts. I've got it setting up the folder(s) properly and downloading the 3.24 from the source. (URL has changed since last official FC release.)

Again, 10% of my AWAKE time isn't much.
