I have also to buy a power book g4 has whyspendretail which sold by Ebay 3 months ago.  I am in France and I would like to carry a complaint against them but I do not know how...  If there is a list of complaint I would join it immediately!

It's too bad that some of you got ripped off, but anyone with common sense could tell that site was a fake.  In an era where internet fraud is very common, a shady site offering only the most expensive electronics at radically reduced prices should be an obvious warning sign.  We're not talking $100-$200 off either.  If anything, you'd suspect it was from a truck load of stolen goods.

So if you used a credit card, why can't you complain to your bank and get your money back?

I got ripped off also for US$2200 I have been fighting with that contentious prick Jordan or Jonathan or whatever his name is for 3 months and still I have nothing.

I recommend that you lodge complaints and with power in numbers maybe something can be done.

I didnt use Visa but payed diretly into the Bank Account  ( I know it was stupid in hindsight)

So spead the word to look out for this person also Laura Lunduski she seems to be working with jordan.

I started a forum today to seek other people who had either been ripped off by this scam or get ideas on how we could spread the word to have him shutdown  so no one else gets ripped off

We found out where this company whyspendretail.com is operating. It seems they are very cleaver! They steal peoples identity and use it to their advantage. They are located in Singapore and somehow they steal peoples information and use it here in the us. We were ripped off for over $8000.00 from this company and we are out another $6000.00 in  fees on finding out who they are. Problem is I feel sorry for the next person's identity they steal and use their banking information SSNs etc. Make sure everyone knows with whom their dealing on the internet. There are alot of frauds out there that like to steal our money. It's not right and they don't care. They laugh while we cry because they stole our money. To Laura Lunduski I am sorry I put your name through the ringer. I just though it was you and not someone else in some third world country. Little did I know you were the victim of identity fraud yourself!!! To the people in those countries who like to steal our money and our identities "Kiss our A**!!!!  We make our money the right way and you need to do the same!!

The business might be based in Singapore but the a$$h0les I talked to on the phone were 100% American.

Actually we are not the land.  The land of the United States itself was stolen, together  with the most successful genocide and ethnic cleansing in world history, which continues even today.  America has more than its share of theives, and nothing there is free.  The American way of life is and always has been based on selfishness and making money off of other people.  Don't be another righteous American lecturing people on how to live their lives. I bought a DVD player out of the back of a van that said "real store" on it.
To my surprise, I got ripped off. Who knew people could be so shaddy?

It's a good thing the internet isn't like that. I always give my credit card information to online retailers that I know little to nothing about.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to follow up on an offer from a Nigerian prince.

I got my PBG4Aluminum through an ebay auction and just did the deal in person, out of the back of an SUV no less.  He shaved off the cut paypal would have taken so I wound up saving a lot.  It was brand new and unregisted and all that jazz.  Seemed the best way to go.  The guy said he bought out an entire computer retail store that was going out of business down in LA.  Better a possibly shady laptop than a laptop that never existed in the first place.

I spent $6000.00 to find out alot of things about them and I will spend more if needed. Fact is people are still getting their identities stolen, bank accounts stolen used and left to blame. It is not right and I will do everything possible to help anyone I can. Your the lucky one natedoggg you said in your earlier post you got your money back. Some of us still have not. If I ever find out who they are for sure I will let everyone know. Meanwhile, lets look at whos to blame and from what my people are telling me it is not who we are blaming. Anyway, glad to see you got another computer. Can you hook me up with one of those deals? Does he have anymore? Let me know.
