Well, I'm laughing now!! I'd kinda guessed, but thanks for the concise yet graphic explanation. Or course, the word 'pants' has a different meaning to us Brits, and so I've got some pretty graphic images in my head right now!
Try googling camel toe. You'll probably get some hits in 'images'.
As I'm at work, I think I'll leave that on my 'to-do' list!

We've got Cane Toads here in Australia, and since at least the 1970s it's been illegal to use their skin as a hallucigenic drug. I think you can dry the skin, grind it up and smoke it.
(Everyone I've asked about it is too stoned to remember.)
