Jedi Academy Demo
If you are curious about the performance of Jedi Academy, then the demo is the way to go. A Mac demo exists and can be found here. Performance in the retail version is not measurably different.
(Yes, I'm the programmer for Aspyr who did the port, and yes - it's a slap in the face to brag about your piracy where I can plainly see it.)
