iBubba has a toaster.  He's not a smurf.

Re: Matchmaking for iBubba

Actually, it's a beautiful day on a Saturday.  I'm recovering from a great 2 weeks of non-stop fun, and not even hung over.

I have nothing to be bitter about big_smile wink

The look of the toaster is definitely cool.  The only concern I would have would be how to keep the glass clean.

Where do you buy it?

Now that I see the link (it wasn't there before wink )

This transparent toaster allows you to see the bread while it is toasting so you never surprised by toast that comes out too dark. This idea is based on the transparent heating glass featured in this issue. Although the glass does not currently get hot enough to toast bread, some day this application may be possible. The concept was developed by the Inventables Concept Studio.

Cool idea.  One day.  Laser toast!

Surely you could just run wires through the glass?

Re: Matchmaking for iBubba

Our toaster must have been co-designed by Tim Taylor (from Home Improvement) and Fried Chicken. Every time I use it, it sets whatever I put in it on fire. I haven't checked, but I bet it's called something like "Pyromaniac2000."

It's not generally a good idea to soak your bagels in gasoline before toasting them.

It's not hard to quit smoking. I do it 20 times a day.

Re: Matchmaking for iBubba

A) There's no nee to be THAT dramatic about it so I'm gonna trim the above post a bit.

B) He's aware of the problem. He can't fix it himself. We mods are aware of the problem. We can't even attempt fix it. The regular admins are aware of the problem. Their attempts to fix it didn't work. Supposedly GUI has been contacted but since it's not fixed yet, we assume it part of the larger issues with the forums and won't get straightened out until he has time to fix them.
