OLD Mac Star Trek game

I'm looking for an old Trek based game called Rescue. It was a space combat game, but the names were changed (for copyright issues, probably) to "Rulan," "Kigon" and "Fengi" instead of the real Trek names.
You had to rescue colonies under attack. You used Phasers, photon torpedoes and a super cannon. You could even fight a Borg Cube.

Does anyone have a copy of this old gem anywhere?

I remember that game! My brother and I used to play that game, I think my dad just got it because it was a Star Trek game. It wasn't until I got a bit older that I actually started getting the hang of it though. Sadly, we don't have our copy anymore. sad

Re: OLD Mac Star Trek game

I recently found my copy, on CD Funhouse 5.0, Copyright 1990 or something.

It worked great on my SE/30. Where shall I send a copy? (It's around a Meg.) My email is in my profile.

RESCUE!!! That was one of the very first games I played that wasn't just shooting things, that was way back in elementry school. I remember I was so proud (still am) because I'm able to destroy the borg ship, man, what a bastard that thing was.

Re: OLD Mac Star Trek game

speaking of which, i had a problem with it trying to get it onto our SE, becuase the only other mac in our house is a 9600/120, and they both have different format drives, so im kinda stuck, other than using SCSI which might work. . .
