OpenSSL and IRC?
I have OpenSLL installed on my mac, and I was wondering how I could use it to secure my IRC traffic?
Any help at all would be great, thanks.

Re: OpenSSL and IRC?
Are you running an IRC server? If so, consider SILC as a secure alternative.
If you are a client hoping to encrypt your outgoing IRC connections, you are SOL. Unless the server you are chatting on also gives you an ssh account you can tunnel into, your IRC sessions will be just as open as Telnet.
