And you need to tone the flame down. Some of us aren't end end-game 40 person raids because we're in fledgling guilds. Just because a guild is young, does not mean it isn't good.

I agree that's part of it, but running 40 man after 40 man after 40 man for filling out one's Tier [X] gear is a PITA. I believe Blizz recognizes this, as well.

It killed random grouping too because you have schedules and oops, can't go on that dire maul run because I scheduled myself to heal in blackwing lair earlier in the week. I hope they stick with the token system as well since seeing the same stuff drop over and over gets old.
