From left to right it's:  AirClick daemon, GeekTool menu, (obvious ones), MenuMeters for RAM usage, keyboard input selection, network activity (also MenuMeters), and I'll assume you all know the rest.

Personally I take a pictures of my town and set they as wallpapers. It's very nice too.
