The question is if I bought one for my wife for x-mas at ChumpUSA, can I take it back and exchange it for the pink one? She'd love the the pink one.
I hate when apple does this crap. Offer colors, take away colors (refering to the mini), offer no colors, offer some colors. Make up thine mind!

If it is unopened and with-in the 30 or 90 days (I'm not sure what compusa's return policy is). They have to take it back. Otherwise you are probably SOL

dang. probably sol. Maybe i'll pick up a pink one for her anyway and sell the gray one. Doubt it though. i'd rather get her a locket for V-Day, so she can put in a picture of our baby boy than a pink shuffle.

I don't think it has to do with Apple wanting more money? It has more to do with accounting practices after the fall of Enron. Let's hope the lawmakers will make some changes soon?
