Anyway of making Dell or Konica Minolta Laser Printers work in Mac?
A friend of mine is offering me one of these two Laser Printers for Free but i've been doing research on them and it seems that none of them seem to be compatible with the Mac OS system. Is this true? Is there anyway of making them compatible if they are not?
Thanks guys!

If i am correct, Dell gets thier printers from Lexmark. If the printer is not fairly new, it should work, but you will need to get a driver (which take a while to port over). not sure if this helps.
Thanks for clicking.

Maybe try this: http://gimp-print.sourceforge.net/MacOSX.php3
Gutenprint is a collection of open-source drivers for Unix and Linux distros, including Mac OS X. They have a link to the supported printers list, I saw some Minolta printers listed there, see if that helps.

I plugged a Dell laser into my Mac once and it worked via generic driver.

OS X includes Gimp-Print so you may have it already. Of course finding the right driver to work with your printer may take a bit of trial and error.

Patience is a virtue of the weak for it makes them stand still long enough for the strong to crush them with ease.

Dell printers are indeed rebranded Lexmarks. The only trick is figuring out which Dell model equates to which Lexmark model. A bit of Google research can probably help you out there.
As far as Konica Minolta, I'm not sure how to advise you, but I'm sure if you play around with some of the GIMP-print drivers, you'll get some results.
Good luck!

We have a Dell printer at work and I am able to use it just fine with Linux/CUPS using the Generic PostScript Printer PPD. Even recognizes that the printer has a duplexer.
