Re: The Basement, Part Deux
Damn, I never got those pics taken. And now, after my move, I think I've lost the bottle, too. If I find it, I'll post pix. If not, I'll try to track down another bottle (and take pix of me consuming the contents).
By the way, I'm not quite dead yet. My cable company has screwed me out of internet access for 6 weeks now, so I don't get to surf often. Plus, we're still neck-deep in house renovation projects. Our basement flooded 6 times in a week, so we had a lot of fun to deal with there (my computer was on the floor in the room with the deepest water). But, now I've got my MacBook, so I can try to keep up with stuff from class now! Yay academia!

6 times?!
Lived thru our share of floods here over time. No fun in Stalingrad.
Action soon? My machine should (cross fingers) be ready soon, at long last.

Re: The Basement, Part Deux
We appreciate the work.
I'd like to see more going on in our li'l clubhouse, but with folks busy playing H3 and communicating on XBL in the process, I wonder about that.

I had some awesome Halo momentum up until when the Orange Box hit.

Re: The Basement, Part Deux
It's a great Fall for gaming, and no lie.
Halo will still be the focus of many after some other games have run their courses. This'd still be great place to share great moments in Campaign play... me, the other day I had two Grunties go Kamikaze on me at once, one behind the other. Shot one, ducked... two 'blam!'s followed closely by two more.
Now if only Bungie can patch in making Campaign film snippets to file share like MP, we'll be set. I'll likely go Pro soon, post some with notes like 'highlight at 15:38 amid general suckage.'
