Leopard came before 10:30 AM via FedEx just fine for me.
However, there's a reason for many of the late Leopard shipments: FedEx Express was having a few problems at their Indianapolis air hub last night, hence the delays many of you are having. (My package was delivered to Fort Wayne via the FedEx Memphis air hub, so I got it on time.)

Only if you buy two copies or the Home pack. By your licence agreement, one copy of the OS can run on only one machine.
