I suggest you try "delete avatar" and upload a new one, instead of "change avatar"

Yeah that will reset your cache to proper display the newest avatar as long a you work within the confines of the bug.

Part of the bug is you cannot really delete an avatar once you've uploaded it. I will restore itself within a minute of "erasure".

They don't have access.
The moderation/administration team tels to RobertoBaldwin or Susie, and RobertoBaldwin or Susie tells to the people responsible for the server, and those people are busy playing World of Warcraft.
Those guys *really* love World of Warcraft.

Wow. some of them should be fired so the rest have less time to play WOW at work. Then this problem might be fixed.
