I recently upgraded to leapord and i was wondering how i can use my MSN mail account with the mail application. When i tell it the server (mail.msn.com) it trys to connect for a while then gives me an error message saying "the POP server mail is not responding". I know my internet connection is working, so whats up with this?

Re: mail trouble
You aren't using the correct POP3 server names. According to this page try:
MSN incoming mail server: pop3.email.msn.com
MSN outgoing mail server: smtp.email.msn.com

Yeah AT&T/Yahoo have changed ports and now require Authentication. If you don't go to the mail help center to find out what the settings are you'll never connect.

FYI. Nice page but if you're an AT&T/SBC/Ameritech customer it's out of date. If those are out of date hard to say what else is.
I doubt this would be it but it wouldn't hurt to verify. Can you ping or do a DNS lookup on the servers. Make sure this isn't a DNS issue.
::EDIT::
After looking at Dunkin's link there appears to be some technical issues with M$N and Macs. Go figure.
