Heath Ledger Dead?
Wow.
I actually liked him. Unlike a lot of young actors, he wasn't a talentless hack.
Sucks.

That sucks.

Not to be too insensitive, but I wonder what this means for the new Batman movie.
It is an odd thing, but every one who disappears is said to be seen at San Francisco. It must be a delightful city, and possess all the attractions of the next world.

Re: Heath Ledger Dead?
It's in post production. Shouldn't effect the movie.
I feel bad for knowing that.

I find this sad. I enjoyed some of Ledger's work.

Re: Heath Ledger Dead?
Yes, that's a word. It's the wrong one. You said "shouldn't effect the movie" when what you should have said was "shouldn't affect the movie."
If you had said "shouldn't have any effect" then that would have been correct. But you used effect as a verb, and in so doing, were incorrect in your usage. What you said was analogous to saying "shouldn't make the movie happen," which obviously makes no sense in this context, and is indeed more or less the opposite of what you meant to say.

Brat's right... Brain.
Affect. Verb form.
"I wonder how this will [–verb (used with object) 1. to act on; produce an effect or change in: ] act on or produce an effect [noun] in/on the Batman movie."

Sadly the first thing I thought was, "Is the Dark Knight completed?" He was a good actor. Its a damn shame.

I have to agree with you guys. He was indeed a great actor -- especially for his age. So sad..

See? When someone with TALENT dies, people actually care.
That said, this totally sucks. Someone this young shouldn't go out like this.

That hasn't been determined yet, and at least 2 reports i heard said he was taking Ambien because he was having trouble sleeping. It could very well have been an accidental overdose.
That said. What a bummer.

Heath Ledger afaik is not gay.
Isn't it quite obvious that was a joke?

Holy crap I just worked with the dude at a tribute concert for Dylan and the movie I'm Not There. How odd.

No. Soulcrusher's 'jokes' are not funny. This is a thread about an untimely death.

Yeah, it's a shame some talentless hack didn't die instead. I can't decide whether my statement was meant to be sarcastic or not...
