Migration Assistant HELP!!!
So I'm trying to move all my stuff from my old PBG4 to my new MBP and less than 1/4 of the way thru on Migration Assistant my PB just freezes up. I've tried this about 5 or 6 times now with no success!
Any tips out there?
The PB has Tiger, and the MBP has Leopard, but that shouldn't be a problem...right?

I had this problem moving from a G4 to a G5. I concluded there was just too much data for it to deal with. I wound up having to move my data via a Firewire boot to the G5, and reinstalling all my apps.

Well I just got off the phone with AppleCare and I've been told that I should take both computers to a retail store and they will copy over everything for FREE!
We'll see about that...
