Can't connect to Shared Network
I can get to the internet but I can't get to the shared files on the other computers. I am on a mac with three other PCs on the network.
I just can't connect to the shared folder
I have restarted everything

Might be a firewall issue. Try shutting off the firewall on the PCs. If that helps you will need to adjust the settings on the PCs to allow the Mac.
