Happy 9th anniversary, Forums!
Well, we're no longer the MacAddict Forums, but the legacy lives on. It was 9 years ago today that these forums came out of beta. Man, the changes the years have brought us. May the coming years bring us many new Macs, new improvements, and new friends.

Re: Happy 9th anniversary, Forums!
I signed up in '99. I started my MacAddict subscription with #2. But, after an absence of a couple of years, I couldn't remember my username, so I had to sign up again.
The first time around I just posted tech support type questions, but now I feel like part of a community.
SO, Happy Birthday MAF / M|LF!

Poke Levi with a stick. I'm sure MA3 could be got running with a '99 client, and his router issues are now fixed AFAIK. Game on. He plays UT3 alla time as is.

I was 17 when I first signed up. Had been lurking a while before that, but I don't remember what prompted me to sign up anymore. Turning 26 this year, so its been awhile. Happy birthday fellow MAF'ers!

I have seen truckloads of posters come and go.
Somehow I still feel that the people here are the most pleasant, and helpful.
And many take the time to use correct spelling, and grammar!
Thanks to all who contribute to the atmosphere of this joint.

Heck, I DID grow up here. I guess I would have been 14-15-ish when I signed up, at the local library, no less! Back then, in Ancient Times, most people didn't have internet yet.
