iPhone wish list

I wish that Apple would do two things for the iPhone and they both involve SMS txt messaging.

The first is put a character counter so that you know when you are reaching the 160 character limit for each message.

Second, there should be an easy way to resend a text message without having to type it all out again.

Anybody have any other "wishes" for the iPhone software?

Re: iPhone wish list

I want Safari to have a text find function (like it does on Macs and PCs).

Wouldn't you already have one with an iPhone and Project Gutenberg? Not all of the texts there are available in HTML format, but many are.

Re: iPhone wish list

I want to be able to actually use anchor tags in links.  Every time I click on a MacLife link in my e-mail to view new posts, it just brings up the page at the top.  If you reach a lengthy page, this can be REALLY annoying.  SMS images would be great too.  Whenever I try to login to AT&T's image retrieval site it fails.  Really annoying.  Most powerful phone ever can't even send and receive picture messages that even the most standard camera phone can do.

Re: iPhone wish list

I'd make more models, more colors in design, because it seems that everyone has the same phone! It's not good to have no difference ..))

HSDPA please.

Copy and Paste.

Easy USB, Bluetooth, and Wifi tethering.

"Rotate" feature in more applications so that the large-format keyboard can be used more often. Especially in email.
