How do I do it?
I am trying to network my two Macs (G4 laptop and a G4 desktop) Currently I have a router linking the two but that is all. What I want to do is be able to enter into either one of the computer's screen at will. One of my machines is on the first floor and the second is upstairs so from time to time I have the need to look at what I left open on the other machine. Can someone please help me and guide me? I appreciate it!
Question- Is it possible to get into one system remote and open applications installed in that system?

If you have Leopard, the latest OS, you screen sharing is built in. So you could do it easily.
If not, google "Mac VNC" and i'm sure you'll come up with something you can use.

Thank you for the advise. I am running OS X10.3.9 on both of the systems but I am going to take your advise and check out the Mac VNC

Chicken of the VNC works, so does the Vines Server.
