Blu ray Burner
I am looking all over the universe for a Dual-Layer Blu-Ray external burner. NO ONE HAS IT!
I went to best Buy and they just looked at me...the clerk was said "Dude, those are like $700 bucks" I stared back and said to him "Yep, can I pay in cash" he just stared at me like I was the weird one lol.
Any suggestions. Mac Mall and a couple other spots seem to only have the internal. I have a Power Mac G5 so that means I only have 1 drive slot so external is pretty much my only option.
Thanks

Re: Blu ray Burner
I think those internal Blu-Ray burners also burn red-laser media as well, but....
they also require a SATA connection, which the G5 does not have going to the DVD/CD burner space inside the case.
You could probably find an external case that would house it for not much money.

I stand corrected; Of course I didn't do much research, I pretty much narrowed my scope to Sony drives.
Thanks for that link Droo.

Re: Blu ray Burner
Once you get a burner, be prepared to shell out $45 per disk!
