MacBook crashing at end-of-battery sleep!!

just got a new MacBook 2.2 Ghz.
great machine,  other than the fact that it crashes when the battery runs out,  rather than going to "sleep"!

any ideas?
the new 10.5.1 update had no affect.

gutted...

Sounds like you should bring it into and Apple store.. Since it is new, it is covered under the factory warranty, and they should be able to fix whatever the issue is.  Its worth a try!
