Apple Student Deal
So it looks like the new Apple iPod with a new computer discount is up. If you buy any new mac (excluding the mini and the smallest iMac, also refurbished comps) between now and September 15th, you will be eligible for an iPod rebate. Right now you can get an 8gb Nano ($199) or any of the Touches and recieve a $299 rebate (if you get the Nano, you of course, only recieve a $199 rebate). Offer does not seem to apply to iPod Classic. Also, of course, you must be student/teacher/faculty for it to apply.
that which does not kill me only postpones the inevitable.

Too bad you have to buy the iPod at the same time as the qualifying Mac. I would've if buying my new MacBook hadn't cleaned out my wallet.
