Re: HELP!!!!

Toolbar?  You mean the dock?

1.  click and drag the existing Safari icon onto the desktop.  It should "disappear" in a puff of smoke.  You can also right-click and choose remove.
2.  Open safari from the applications folder
3.  When safari is open, right-click (or control-click) on the its icon in the dock and choose "keep in dock"

Not sure why you're getting a keychain login...  does it come up randomly or when you do something specific?

Re: HELP!!!!

Did you transfer your user information and documents over from another mac to your MacBook?  If so you may have set up your new mac with a user name/password different from your old mac.  The Keychain password should match the login password from your old mac.
