Re: Online ordering of lobsters and steaks.
they were great!
here is a picture I took of some lobster claws
Boiling them this weekend took away a lot of the saltiness of the lobster meat, steaming them kept them tastefully salty. I grilled one too and I think I liked it best that way. I kept basting the meat with some salt free butter to keep it moist.
By the 4th giant lobster tail I cooked, I was so expert on being able to split the shell in half and take 95% of the lobster meat out in one piece. The meat in the tiny legs and the ones in the fin part of the tail was nearly impossible. Apparently, the trick is to spend more time trying to separate it before you start cooking. It takes about a good 10-15 minutes of cutting and separating with your fingers though, but it makes it such a pleasant time trying to eat it afterwords.
The next thing I want to order is this:
Looks delicious! even the lolcat wants some.

Re: Online ordering of lobsters and steaks.
Did you really pay for those lobster tails? Or were you just covering up the fact that you stole them from work by stuffing them down your pants?

Just don't stuff them down your pants. Otherwise you can do what you want with them.

Can't marry them, though--that will lead to marrying toasters.

Don't start about toasters now. That's a very sore point.

Leastways it is if you stuff them down your pants.
