People have ripped off Apple pretty good in the past, but I see no foul play, here. Put 100 designers in separate rooms, and I bet at least 70 of them would come up with the same thing in a different shade of grey: panckake box with rounded corners. The other 30 designs would have square corners, and some of them might be translucent.
