Charging an iPod shuffle (2nd generation) without my own computer?

I am wondering if it is possible to charge the current iPod shuffle with a computer not tied to the iPod. I will be traveling and would love to be able to bring the USB charging cable and just use it at public computers but if that is not possible I don't know what I will do. Ideas? Thanks!

I would worry about viruses and how much charging would happen on the public computers. ie are you gonna sit at a public computer for 4+ hours?

Hey now... big_smile

To be fair, it shouldn't even be this way.  Apple used to include the wall charger, but then they got greedy and started making them available only as a separate purchase. I still have my wall charger from the 3rd gen iPod and I use it for my Touch.  I guess this is why people don't know about the wall chargers as much anymore.

To answer the original question... well, actually I guess it's already been answered.  Wall charger is good; you can plug it into a public computer but then you'd have to wait and make others wait in the process.
