Actually, Random User, you can swap the SIM. But it is done at the store, and the account is handled based on your circumstances, for example what plan you are on, and how far into it you are. if you use the new SIM, the iPhone can import all the info directly into if from the old SIM just by temporarily putting the SIm into it and operating offline long enough to import. But you probably knew that.
