The majority of states do not protect homosexuals from discrimination, and neither does the federal government. You can imagine who objects to the passage of such laws.

Ya'll have deseases and things.
However, if you are a lesbian you have lower incidence of STD than do the hetrosexual population.
It's like saying that the physical indications of a superior race is a flat face, lack of hairiness, more childlike features.
Which is what the racists claimed for many years. But by those criteria, it's the orientals who are the superior race, not the caucasians. Hee hee hee.

And since the Bill of Rights limits governmental discrimination, Bush policy is to privatize things so that discrimination can happen without it being illegal. Great situation.
Such as ??
Salvation Army receives government funding for social services but does not have to obey anti-discrimination laws that bind the government.
And that is the work of Bush?
Sorry - I don't buy it - I believe they were receiving funding under Clinton as well.

In Dodge v. Salvation Army, 1989, the Salvation Army was required to stop religious discrimination in its hiring practices. They started doing it again during Bush's term.
I still believe in liberalism today as much as I ever did, but, oh, there was a happy time when I believed in liberals.
