Remember the iBook robot?

Does anyone remember when MacAddict made an iBook robot?.  They used an USB controller for the motors that I can't find anywhere.  If anyone remembers which MacAddict the "How To" came in I'd be very grateful.  Or even better if anyone remembers or knows of a stepper motor controller I can use with a Mac.  Please help!!!.

Re: Remember the iBook robot?

I still have all my old MacAddict issues, but i don't really feel like digging thru all of them.  If someone can narrow it down to a specific year, i'll look thru that year for the article for ya.

IIRC, they used a USB/ADB adapter (or was it serial?).

So, a lego NXT kit won't cut it for you?
