AVN / CES in Vegas
Is anyone going to this come January? Has anyone ever been to both of them?
I think a couple of my coworkers are going to hit up both of them since they are in the same weekend.

That's an interesting combination.

Re: AVN / CES in Vegas
As funny as it may seem I've only been to AVN.
Our church has a booth in there. We hand out free popcorn and tell people God loves them.
I've wanted to get into CES but it's just too expensive. Surprisingly AVN is practically a technology expo on it's own. There are quite a few businesses in there that have servers and equipment racks on display because they provide internet hosting services and streaming technology.

Re: AVN / CES in Vegas
There used to be a very popular adult section at CES but over a decade ago someone got the notion that CES shouldn't be so closely related to such and kicked them out--laughable considering that CES is held in Las Vegas (but on the other hand, this was during Vegas' abortive attempt to be more family-friendly). Those adult exhibitors that used to be at CES banded together and made their own show opposite CES in Vegas.
