FahCore_a1.exe question.
I've been running Folding for a little over a week now. I've been checking the progress and I've counted that it's completed 5 work units. But it's only reported 3. The first two showed up online when I noticed that unitinfo.txt progress reset to 0%. But the next 2 times, they never showed up on my Personal statistics site. I went to my Activity Monitor to see if it was running and I noticed 4 occurrences of it.
I removed folding and reinstalled it. After I did that, the next unit finished showed up online. But it's still showing 4 occurrences of folding. Is my system trying to do each unit 4 times or is the web site just really slow about updating the statistics?

Re: FahCore_a1.exe question.
Check your file "FAHlog.txt". Count the number of times "thank you" appears. This is the count of recently completed proteins. The times posted in that file will be off by several hours from US time, as the time is based in England, GMT.
Its possible that a protein did not get to 100 % by the deadline. This is the most likely scenario with 2.0 ghz iMacs.
Also, the servers are imperfect. http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/mai … me=ashdude This link is the truly official one. But I prefer the extremeoverclocking one.
Also, check your "client.cfg" file (OPEN WITH "textedit"). Make sure your spelling is correct.
