Entourage looking odd
Hi
We are using Entourage to connect to an Exchange server and sometimes, whether on launching or selecting an e-mail, Entourage seems to go mad, displaying the e-mail over the entire window, like this:
Is this a network problem, an Entourage problem? Can it be fixed?
Any ideas would be really helpful. Cheers

You could, in theory,
1. quit Entourage
2. Backup all of these: Identities folder, any plist files, and Entourage itself. Delete Entourage and the plist files. Do not delete the Identities folder.
3. Reinstall Entourage.
Or, it might be just that a simple deletion of any Entourage plist file would be enough. Of course, quit Entourage before messing with the plist file.

Thanks. It's 2004. I've rebuilt the the database and verified it as ok. If Entourage shows this 'error' it is restarted and all is fine (hence my thinking it was network/exchange related).
