Review of the ATI Radeon HD 3870

I read the review of the Radeon HD 3870 with interest, and I thought it a nice upgrade for my X1900. However, when I logged on to the AMD site, I found that there isn't a version of this card for the Mac, and there isn't any downloadable drivers or software either. So what is the story behind this. Is this vaporware? Is it simply not yet released? Or is it another conspiracy against the Mac?

I really hope that you can shed positive light on this matter as I would like to purchase it for my Intel Mac.

up

It's very good for gaming under OSX and Boot Camp, and even better with Core Image.
