In the comparative review (p 60, December) a couple of important facts were omitted. There are TWO (2) versions of the Nvidia GeForce 8800, depending on which MacPro you have. The Nvidia website has a clear explanation of how to decide between them (http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_88 … r_mac.html), and this is important because the wrong one just doesn't work and will have to be sent back.

Second, although the cards were compared for performance to the ATI X1900 Xt, its price was not mentioned. It is considerably more expensive.
