and all fun stuff! Yipeeeee

What have u now become?

Re: macaddict no more?

ya pretty sad eh? I think the name change was good, MacAddict stopped being MacAddict years ago when they changed editors and it went from having useful articles and reviews claiming "It stinks!" to a more "proper" boring magazine... around issue 100 if i remember correctly, also when I stopped subscribing (and I was subscribed since issue 6!)

The only reason I came here today was because I found my box of MacAddict magazines (I kept all of them! smile ) and decided to see whatever happened to MacAddict... then I found this "MacLife" stuff, which figures considering the Mac is now seen as a "cool fashion accessory" rather than a serious tool for professionals who had to have the best like it used to be in the past...

Its really a shame that we will no longer see PC's flying behind pickup trucks whipping around the parking lot with employees laughing their a$$es off and such, but like the 7 color apple logo, whats gone is gone, all we can do is look back and smile smile
