I Want To Download My Email... Any Suggestions?

Right now I have yahoo.com and I'm trying to download my email onto Thunderbird. I keep getting a "Negative Vibes" message. I've tried some "tricks" to get Yahoo.com to accept my request with no results.  What is a good on-line email service that will work with Thunderbird and the WebMail extensions?  Thanks ever SO MUCH!

If you have the free yahoo.com account, I don't think you can use a 3rd party email program. Gmail is a better bet.

If you don't want to loose your Yahoo email, give gmx.com a try.  I've used it to grab old yahoo and hotmail accounts, both without having the "premium" POP access.

I then of course piped the GMX account into Gmail smile
