Any suggestions on the best headphones and microphone to use with my MacBook?
Thanks,

Re: Headphones and Microphones
What do you plan on recording / listening to?
Pod casting, pro audio, DJ, talking with friends via skype?
I love my Sennheiser HD280 Headphones, they have a pretty linear sound with a ~ 32dB drop of outside noise. Great for recording and mastering @ around 100$
I like my Blue Bluebird mic @ around 300$
I also liked my AKG Perception but it began to distort... I think that was my fault though. @ ~100 to 300 depending on model .
(both of those mics would require a firewire or usb interface box)
I have a friend who is happy with his Blue Snowball (a usb mic) @~100$
If you are just podcasting and don't care about studio quality audio the Blue Snowflake is great for the price @ ~70$
2.66Ghz QuadCore-Nehalem w/24"LED CD ---2.2Ghz BlackMB---15" 2.4Ghz MBP(work)
Dual 2.3Ghz G5 (4G Ram, 2x 250G HD)(10.5 server)--- 400Mhz G4 PM (10.4 Server)
1.5GHz Powerbook---1.6Ghz G5 iMac

Re: Headphones and Microphones
The Sennheiser's are great headphones, I use them in my studio, but if you listen to music you will not get an artificial bass boost, they are extremely accurate.

A trillion seconds is 31,688 years.
Hope and change could be forever.
