Organize PDF's in iTunes

In the April 09 issue, 50 things every MAC geek should know, I followed #40 and after I created a new iTunes library, I lost my original music library!  Using the Finder, I located my original library but cannot bring it up in iTunes.  What went wrong and can it be corrected?sad

Re: Organize PDF's in iTunes

Can't you just hold down the option key while loading iTunes and select your old iTunes library instead of the new one?

Why did you want to create a new iTunes library?

To put pdfs in a separate one as directed by the magazine.

Ah. Then I suppose the magazine mentioned that iTunes will only open one library at a time, so when you create a new iTunes library, you won't be able to see the old one - the one with all the music in it.

Perhaps a seperate app like Yep would be of better use?

Re: Organize PDF's in iTunes

Yeah. I'd pay $20.

But there are plenty of other programs that do the same or similar thing as well.
