Forum for my iweb site.
Hey all,
I made an iweb site, but i publish it to a folder and use a godaddy server to host it. Is there any way i can put a forum on a site if i do it this way? I've looked around and it seems that the people trying to get forums on their sites are all using .mac to host them.
Thanks a lot,
Jake
REASON FOR EDIT: i forgot to put in the question

You're welcome, but what's the question?
Alright, now, who wants to be transistorized?

Re: Forum for my iweb site.
my godaddy hosting account expired so I decided to use my .mac to host my website.
is there a way to publish to .mac so my customers can go directly to the www.domainname.com
rather than web.me.com/domainname?

Re: Forum for my iweb site.
No, but you can re-purchase your domain name WITHOUT hosting, since you have it on .Mac.
I just bought online a domain name from godaddy and i got it for $7.50 a year for two years.
So, to answer your question, no. But you can just buy only a domain name and forward it to the page you want. That's what I do with my website that is on .Mac

Interesting - but don't you get penalised in Google for such a redirect?
