Isight Cameras on a Network
Is it possible to view built-in isight Macintosh cameras on a home network without being connected to iChat? Programs like On Air (no longer supported), Periscope etc. don't detect those cameras?

there is a command line app out there to take pictures ... I haven't found one yet for video

How is i Sight addressed in the Terminal app or on your computer short of starting up iChat etc?

In Leopard it has to be run as the current user.
